CE Electromagnetic Compatibility
CE-EMC documentation covers electromagnetic emissions and immunity for the listed lighting models. For the EU and EEA.
RoHS
RoHS documentation covers restricted-substance conformity for the lighting models listed in the certificate. For the EU and EEA.
FCC Supplier's Declaration of Conformity
A Supplier's Declaration of Conformity covers electromagnetic emissions for the listed warning-light models. For the United States.
Design Patents
Chinese design-patent registrations cover the appearance of DXZ lighting products and components. For private label or ODM projects, request the registration documents for the selected model, or view our design-patent records.

Development, Manufacturing & In-House Testing
DXZ’s Foshan team has 110 professional and technical personnel, including R&D engineers supporting product development and customization. Our laboratory records photometric and beam-pattern results by model, alongside environmental, reliability and sealing tests.
Photometric Measurement
Integrating-sphere reports record luminous flux, efficacy, correlated colour temperature, chromaticity and colour rendering for each product model. Chinese and English reports are retained for export documentation.
Beam Pattern & Illuminance
Goniophotometric measurements record beam patterns and road illuminance for flood, spot and combo optics, documenting each model’s light distribution.
Environmental & Reliability Testing
Temperature, humidity and ageing evaluations, together with sealing verification, assess environmental resistance, reliability and the IP and service-life requirements agreed for the project.

What is the MOQ?
Trial orders for standard in-stock products start at 50 pieces. Laser logo service starts at 100 pieces, customized color boxes at 1,000 pieces, and new-mold ODM projects at 5,000 pieces. MOQ is confirmed for the selected product and customization.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Paid samples are available for quality inspection. The sample cost is deducted when a formal bulk order is placed; international sample shipping is borne by the buyer.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead times are 1–3 working days for in-stock goods, 7–12 working days for regular OEM orders, and 30–40 working days for new ODM mold development and mass production. The schedule is confirmed for each project.
What should I send for an OEM quotation?
Send the product or reference model, target market and application, estimated quantity, required customization, branding or packaging needs, target specifications or drawings, and expected timeline.
